Renco Restoration & Waterproofing is the division that seals and protects the building envelope — the joints, transitions and terminations that decide whether water, air and weather stay outside.
What this division does
Work covers new construction and existing buildings alike: perimeter caulking on curtain wall and window systems, below-grade and deck waterproofing, and expansion joint systems that keep working while the structure moves.
Joints are cut out, prepared and tooled properly, and the products are selected for the substrate and the movement each joint has to absorb. It is the same standard on the back elevation as on the front entrance.
