Why Renco Group
Caulking, waterproofing and expansion joints are small line items on a construction budget and the first thing to fail when they are rushed. Our approach is built around the parts of the job that decide how long the work lasts.
Joints are cut out, prepared and tooled properly. The finished bead is consistent, and it is the same standard on the back elevation as on the front entrance.
From curtain wall perimeters and parking decks through to windows, doors and exterior trim on a single home — the same crew handles both ends of the range.
Realistic sequencing, clear scheduling and communication that keeps general contractors and property managers informed rather than chasing.
Sealants, primers and membranes are selected for the substrate and the movement each joint has to absorb, and installed to the manufacturer’s requirements.

A sealant joint is only as good as the preparation behind it. We would rather spend the extra hour cutting out failed material and priming the substrate than come back in two years to do the same elevation twice.
